CHARLOT COMMENTS ON FREDDY STATEMENT/TOP VICE & MORE!

We caught up with NU VICE maestro CHARLOT. Here is what he had to say on a few issues.

*ON FREDDY SAYING THAT HE WOULD NOT MIND IF CHARLOT WANTED TO RETURN TO TOP VICE...BUT NOT WANTING TO PLAY EVER AGAIN WITH ROBERT MARTINO: "We can't have a TOP VICE if ROBERT MARTINO is not there. We can't have a TOP VICE if JOE CHARLES is not there. The same way we can't have a Top Vice is FREDDY is not there. I could have called the band TOP VICE instead of NU VICE, but it's because it's a different band, different concept, that is why I called the band NU VICE. There can't be a true/real TOP VICE unless all of us are there."

*ON HIS SOLO CD: "I've been working on it off and on. I think I will go a different route with my next solo. It will have a WORLD BEAT flavor to it. I am loking forward to a new adventure."
