Oh please!

the american people elected W. BUSCH!

They didnt have any tapes of him getting drunk at clubs and frat parties and acting a fool!

and furthermore, after he started messing up the country on his first term, they elected him again to finish it off.

Give me a break!

what the heck does the american media know!

it's their job to sabotage people!

Dont we have a comedian politician here in the states?
what a bout arnold? isnt he a former movie star and all that weightlifting crap he use to do? He's a politician now isnt he?

Obviously the Michel Martely we had in Micky will not be the same person who is running for president. Obviously during his campaing he will have to convince people he can do the job.

That will mean putting on a different persona entirely. And same thing goes for CLEF.

THE BANABE OF LANGUICHAT IS NOT THE SAME BANABE OF BOUKMAN.

It is as simple as that.

ou chanje metey ou chanje zouti.

just because MICKY happened to be a very popular music star does not mean he possesses no abilities to be a politician.

I would take him over those magouye in Haiti any freakin' day of the week!

I agree Siro!

I hate it when we do that as people.

AMERICA gave John McCain x-military a chance and has elected Arnold.

You don't have to graduate from the top school to be president of a nation.

You just have to be a leader.

Both of them have qualifications to be president of Haiti except the 5 years of residency that could be questioned.

There was this young man, he was about 33 years of age when he took over a troubled nation and turned things around...

He was Thomas Isidore Noel Sankara known as as Thomas Sankara "The Upright Man".

If you don't know his story, what he did, and how he affected Africa as a region...go google him.

I believe that Wyclef and Micky can if they want.

I am not going to limit what they can or can't do.

None of them is Sankara........but these guys seem to have ties with the past that will make people question their actions.......

Wyclef? I wonder if he really knows Haiti...
Micky...only time will tell if he will not join forces with the so called ELITES....and repeat what the others have done...

Dj pepla,

haiti cannot afford a mediocre leader at this point. what would you rather have going to war knowing you have all of your weapons by your side or going to war not knowing if your weapons will be delivered? i think being well equiped with my gun by my side sounds better.

T hat being said if we elect a candidate who is prepared, ready psycologically to deal with all this mess haiti has, and who also have a track record in terms of production instead of licking. have a president that have a plan, and that can show proof of documentation on how he or she is going to trensend those ideas.

I love the way you guys are just tossing names of American athletes/celebrities-turned politicians out there to justify electing Sweet Mickey and Wyclef for PRESIDENT...

Arnold Schwarzzenegger was elected because California had recalled their governor Gray Davis. As we speak, Arnold has a 16% approval rating and hasn't done squat for that State, which is veering towards bankruptcy!

Jesse "the body" Ventura (former wrestler) was elected governor of Minnesota, and TIL TODAY Minnesota is the butt of jokes!

This isn't to say that athletes, musicians, etc. shouldn't get elected. Al Franken (former SNL comedian) is now a senator, but the guy also has a degree from freaking Harvard and can cogently discuss policy with anybody. Bill Bradley played bball for the Knicks then became a senator and ran for president. Bradley was also a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford!

konya al pran yon drunk like Mickey to replace a drunk like Preval, se yon improvement mezanmi?

Big up to Clef for what he's done for Haitians, min mezanmi, kisa Wyclef pral fe pou peyi a nan eta kel ye a? ki nivo edikasyon Wyclef pou fen panse that he can RUN A COUNTRY? Alo paske se Ayiti the "poorest nation in the western hemisphere" we should lower our standards?

Mezanmi, an nou take a step back pou nou fe yon ti reflechi tande!

Just because you're a fan of an athlete or musician doesn't mean you should support all their actions and decisions. Arrow
