DEGA SET TO RETURN ON HMI SCENE IN 2012 (GET DETAILS)!

DEGA fans who were left in mourning when group leader CARL FREDERIC decided to pack it in because he wanted to focus more on the family business in Haiti, are set on a major surprise for 2012 as DEGA is set to return on the HMI scene.

DEGA has actually been working on a BRAND NEW STUDIO CD, and they have their SIGNATURE WEAPONS with them on that CD. "SIGNATURE WEAPONS" being for those who did NOT know, LOULOU of KREYOL LA/Konpa Kreyol fame, as well as DIDI SANTANA of (Kdans/Djakout fame) were both the lead guitarist for DEGA when the group was making noise on the underground scene in Haiti.

*KOMPA MAGAZINE: Why can't the DEGA fans at least get a STUDIO cd? Artists who retire from the stage do still release studio cds in the world.
CARL FRED: "I totally agree. Was busy producing jean bernard thomas and jperry but 5 songs are officially done. Adding a few to release this year.

*KOMPA MAGAZINE: DEGA has been known to always have a MEAN GUITAR PLAYER. Who will be the guitar player on the cd?
CARL FRED: "Myself, Loulou, Cedric, and even Didi to bring back the old original dega vibe! I have always played guitar and turned the page to allow the old members to give their vibe."

this is great news. Dega has always been one of those groups that I wish would come back to the HMI scene but I totally understood and respected the decision to disband but havnig a studio album would be the next best thing.
