An ORLANDO promoter who asked to remain incognito on this, basically broke it down to me like this.

ORLANDO PROMOTER: "TI MEDAMES ORLANDO yo tell me that the fellas in Orlando are CHEAP with their money. YO PAP DEPANSE 5 KOB pou achete yon drink ba yo...epi yo vle bagay. They won't spend 5 cents on a drink for the ladies. I have also been told that even at ZOUK nights there, the ladies are free to go inside, but MINM POU SA...YO PA VLE PEYE yon $10 pou yo rentre. It's about "AL RELE INTEL POU MWEN AN'DAN. TI MEDAMES YO DI..ASSEZ."

The ratio in Orlando is almos 1/20 and half of the are not even worth it. No direspect to anyone, but maybe there is no one to buy a drink for. I grew up in orlando..
