Brother ki sa Pipo ap regle nan NL. Ever since they dropped the CD, the writing was on the wall and the message was clear.
It such a bad fit on so many levels if you really look at it. NL at its peak had a winning formula and implementing Pipo just doesn't work. Pipo wants to solidify his legacy as an all time great, how is he going to achieve with what he was presented in that CD. Arly is doing Arly, I'm not saying is right or wrong.
Now I can't even say Richie and Pipo works. But I know Richie is a guy that does whatever it takes to make his singer soar high.
King you want Pipo to stay in the band, so he can save face. But dude is uncomfortable and is not himself.
Pipo can't stay in a band to save face, he has to stay because he sees he will succeed there |
DjKreyol, how was Gazzman able to stay and become great in NuLook?
What was so different then? Or what is NuLook doing different now?
So, NuLook is not at its peak right now?

Everyone's ear is different.
When you listen to something, I may digest what you hear the way you do.

The NU Look if old is very very very different than the Nu Look of now.
What made it worked so well is that you had a singer that sung up tempo songs and accepted that Arly sing the commercial love mega hits.
The formula worked well.
Now you have a singer in Pipo that is a vocalist and not really an entertainer. Pipo is singing average to below average love songs that sound boring when Arly sings his hits. Pipo has two up tempo songs, So What and Pran Nan Mera.
It's not balanced. Pipo cannot win.
Gazzman shined in Nu Look because he was the extreme to Arly's songs.
This is just fact. I'm not putting Pipo down. He is an excellent singer. I just think its a bad fit.
Arly is not going to change his formula.
