Last Sunday Rafrechi made it to Canada where they performed at the Festival Konpa Zouk Ontario alongside Kreyol La Gabel and Boukman Eksperyans as the Haitian bands. There were other bands representing the Zouk music, but Kassav was no where to be found even when they were on all the ads to include the fliers, posters and billboards.
Here are some pictures of Rafrechi, they took the stage shortly after 8 pm and once again they delivered to the satisfaction of the people in attendance. Despite the rainy day and the absence of a major tenor like Kasav, the festival was still successful.
