This is what we got from T-VICE manager JESSIE AL-KHAL.

JESSIE: "Unfortunatly T-Vice will not be on Eastern Parkway this year again on Labor Day Weekend. All the sponsors spent their Budget for the 2 carnavals in Haiti in 1 year"

This is definitely sad that T-Vice won't be on the parkway this year, last year, there were no Haitian floats and it looks like the same for 2012...What do we as spectators have to look forward to? SMH...Why didn't these "sponsors" budget for the whole year?
