PEDRO LUCKY TALKS FORT LAUDERDALE FEST AFTERMATH WITH KM!

We heard all the hearsay, reports, rumors about how the FORT LAUDERDALE FESTIVAL did, so now, we decided to go straight to the top dog to get HIS take on the matter. This is what he told KM.

PEDRO LUCKY: "I am very satisfied with how it turned out. Despite the heavy rain, the people came out to support us, and for that I WANT TO SAY A BIG THANK YOU to the fans. In terms of the acts, I delivered the people that I promised would be there. I am a straight shooter. IF I SAYI WILL DELIVER someone, I will. If I can't deliver someone I say I can't. The fans got to see RICK ROSS, GRACIA DELVA like I said. T-VICE was also there at the park, but due to time constraints, they did not get the chance to play."

PEDRO continues "In terms of attendance, we had about 9000+. And for us to have that amount despite the rain, I am grateful. In terms of mistakes, YES we made mistakes on several fronts, but I will put MYSELF at the top of the list as well for some of the mistakes that we made. Next year we will do better. YES, next year we will return on the same date of May 18th to celebrate the Haitian Flag. As far as our lineup for next year, we will release that this week. I can tell you that T-VICE, GRACIA DELVA, and ZENGLEN are all returning. There are also other HMI headlining bands that were not with us this year, who will be at the Fort Lauderdale Festival next year. Our doors are open to everyone. Once again I want to say Thank You to all the fans, media, and artists who helped make things happen this year."

Respe pou Pedro, he manned up and took responsibility for what went wrong. It's his festival, it was his responsibility to see it that all goes well. He acknowledges that certain things didn't go well and vowed to fix these issues. At least he doesn't act like his stuff don't stink unlike some people.
