At 95% is what a source tells me that GARY OXYGEN is close to closing out his investment deal with RICHIE's KLASS. Meeting tonight to TRY and finalize things between the two sides, and we're being told by 1 person that only a couple of things are left for them to finalize the deal....it could be done by tonight.
