In all seriousness,this situation does not look good.I can't even say that the alcohol had something to do with Pouchon's reaction.I am confident that the two guys will work it out,but I hope this is not the beginning of a bad relationship that might cause the dismissal of several key players or the band.
Pouchon is a very cool cat,and I don't think his frustration and reaction were caused mainly by the fact they got stopped that day. For the past 3-4 years, the band has been treated unfairly during carnival,and Pouchon has not been very vocal about the mistreatment.But, this time he could not hold it any longer.Putting ourselves in his shoes,many of us would have probably acted the same way if not worse.
I remember a few years ago, Roberto could not control his temper,and he cussed the hell out of Mia lopez just because she declared that Djakout had the best performance.That's what frustration can do to some especially when you have a lot at stake.
Imagine you have been treated unfairly for the past few years,and a few months ago at the previous carnival, there was a controversy regarding T-vice for getting favorable treatment from the committee;suddenly a similar situation was about to repeat itself.
How would you feel and how would you react??? |
