FLORIDA BANDS GET REALITY CHECK FROM THE BOOGIE MAN!

HMI observer and NYC promoter BOOGIE ROBINSON gave us his personal breakdown of what he sees with some of the most high profile HMI bands in the Sunshine State. BOOGIE who hails from NYC, is also very active on the Florida music scene behind the scenes as he travels there and goes to parties there often.

*GABEL: "YO sou bon chemin. YAP TRAVAY. They are working. KATALOG needs to stop the propaganda and let the fans do the talking for him and the band. Their hard work is now starting to pay off. FO KATALOG POZE SOU DYOLE A."

*GAZZMAN DISIP: "They are actually playing very well right now with the addition of maestro FELDER in the band. Having said that, GAZZMAN AND DISIP NEED A HIT OR HIT SONGS on the next cd. PIBLIK LA pap pran 2 album SAN HIT back to back. The public just won't take 2 back to back cds without any hit songs from Gazzman. Superstar a bezwen yon hit sou prochain plak li a."

*HARMONIK: "They need to go back to the studio and do some work. GABEL PASE SOU YO LA. Harmonik needs to go back to that swag and LA JEUNESSE formula that they had on their first cd. They did not have that on the second cd. SE POU YO RETOUNIN SOU LA JEUNESSE KE YO TE GINYIN SOU 1ER PLAK LA."

*T-VICE: "What can I say? TVICE is TVICE. They need a cd on the market. They are in a position where YO PA MONTE...YO PA DESAN'N. They are NOT going up or down on the HMI ladder right now. Just at a standstill."

*RICHIE KLASS: "If they get a hit song on their cd like I expect Richie to deliver, they will go right up the HMI Florida ladder right behind Nu Look right away. This first song BAGAY 9 is NOT yet what they need to make the impact needed in my opinion. SE POKO SA POU MWEN. Map TAN'N ALBUM NAN...and I know that Richie will have a hit."

*ZENGLEN: "Zenglen NEEDS to have a MAJOR HIT, not just a hit, a MAJOR HIT on their next cd to keep up with what I expect that KLASS is going to do on the market."

*NU LOOK: "The maestro is working THE SAME WAY THAT HE WAS 5/6 Years ago. NO MUSIC VIDEOS...BEL MIZIK alone just is not enough. Stop thinking like most Haitian businesses Arly. Think like MC Donalds, Coca Cola, they still market themselves a lot even with their popularity. Arly needs to release a PIPO music video to market Pipo. Maestro a met kontinue jere monte sou tet speaker pou ap chante. (Lol)"

BOOGIEMAN says that if you are a Florida band and you did not get mentioned here, he says to AL TRAVAY because he won't waste his time unless you deserve to be mentioned.
