We were talking to former DISIP sax player ABDEL about his future plans, and from there the conversation turned to DISIP when we asked him if he missed DISIP. That's when he dropped this bombshell on us and said to say SE LI MINM MINM KI DI SA.
ABDEL: "What a lot of people did not know is that manager PATRICK FABRE was very very close to getting FIRED from the band just 2 months ago by Gazzman. All the musicians were aware of that because there was a meeting that took place for that to happen, and also, GAZZMAN had spoken to me personally about that move happening. There were some issues in the band with Patrick Fabre, and he had to do something quick when he found out that he was about to get the ax, and that last minute move is what prevented him from being kicked out of the band. Gazzman spoke to me because he knows that I would not care if Patrick Fabre was out of the band because Patrick and I came close to fighting each other because of the way he was treating the musicians in the band...showing no respect."
ABDEL continues "All this also reinforces what a lot of people in the business already know. GAZZMAN is the biggest traitor in the HMI. When it comes to his money, GREEN is the only color that interests him, and because Patrick Fabre kept giving him the run around for something that he owed to Gazzman, that almost cost him his job."
