If the direction of Mika's solo album is not the same as Krezi, why should Krezi be the band backing him up?

Alan Cave released solos albums (konpa) and he plays some gigs with a different band then ZIN as Alan Cave & Friends (I think that's the name that he uses.)

Why can't Mika do the same, specially if the style on that solo album is not konpa?

Keep in mind that Mika started as a solo artist and already has 2 solo albums, and the majority of those songs were not konpa.

Siro, I won't comment to long on Alan's case but just so you know I personally think that the line-up of Alan Cave & frineds is better then Zin. Laughing

Now as far as Mika is concerned I think the important thing is the style of music. I agree that Krezi can probably play whatever style Mika would through at them. BUT when Krezi first came out if I'm not mistaken, Krezi was presented as a KONPA BAND who would for the fun of it play other styles sometimes on their live performances.

Krezi has 3 albums out, 1 studio and 2 live, every single song on those albums are konpa. So I don't think asking Krezi now to back up Mika in a non konpa setting is a good idea. The two style are too different.
