Misty and Tanya met for the first time in Miami in November 2009 upon the initiative of music producer Jeff Wainwright who was promoting at the time a "Live Event / Bal" that featured both artists. In the past, Jeff had organized some tours both in Haiti and the US with Tanya St Val the most famous and talented diva from the island of Guadeloupe in the French Antilles.
In 1996, Jeff produced the song "Ce Verite", a duo featuring Tanya with Haitian music Legend Dadou Pasquet.
Misty has been working with Kreyol Music, Mr. Wainwright record label since 2003. Upon meeting Tanya a few days before the Live Event in Miami, the musical connection between the two came about. They decided to sing a duet together. Misty had written a song about women friendship and its ups and downs. Once Tanya heard it, the chemistry became evident and the duet became a reality ...

Tanya St. Val is one of my favorite artists of all time and it's always a treat for me to hear her collabos with greats such as Emeline, Dadou, AC and now with one of our rising stars Misty Jean.

I hope this song gives Misty the push she deserves.
