I call that strictly uncontrollable urges, and most importantly, abusive of power. In a country like the US, acts like these would fall into sexual harrassment and hopefully soon the Haitian government will do something about these poor people getting abused in that fashion. There should be laws put in place to combat these abuses...I think people should start paying fines when it is found out that they are abusing their maids in that fashion...that's the only way the MADNESS will end.
