KLASS DYNASTY or not...5 HMI PERSONALITIES bay opinions yo!

DYNASTY in the MERRIAM-WEBSTER dictionary is described as this "A group or family that maintains its position for a considerable time". In the HMI, there have been bands that have controlled the market when a new CD comes out, only for them to drop off after the steam from the cd runs out & BE REPLACED BY A HOTTER BAND...only to come back up again.
There have been bands that have controlled the market being #1 for a long time, and by most accounts, KLASS has been doing it for 4 years now (Whether by THEMSELVES, or with other bands...depending on who you ask), the bottom line is KLASS has been one of the top bands if not "THE" top band in terms of popularity/bringing people out at the parties consistently for the past 4 years.
Having said that, we asked a couple of HMI personalities if they think that KLASS is a "DYNASTY" in the making...or NOT. Here are a few thoughts below.
*BABA RADIO FUSION Owner: "Li ka rive sa... map swiv toujour (NON pour KONYA). They have been the most stable band for the past few years, but 2 studio recording albums in four years is NOT enough for me to say Dynasty."
*ADOLPHE JANVIER (Boston HMI Personality/Former Rockfam manager): "After the good music and great live performances, the weapon of Klass is the marketing strategies that the group is using. Klass is very aggressive in terms of promotion. They have more people that are working for them over the social media networks. They can remain on top if only they can produce a better album than the last one with less similarities. Honestly, I think that Nu Look has everything to grab the top spot. With a better marketing strategy, Nulook can take the lead. Arly needs to invest more in the promotion of the band. He needs to show more love to all his soldiers out there."
*EDY BRISSEAUX (Musician/CD Retailer): "Klass has been it for 3 years! Was I wrong? When Brisseaux speaks everyone listens! I predicted it. No one beats KLASS. No one. To me there is not a Dynasty! Anyone can do what they are doing, even if they just learnt music 6 months ago.. that is the nature of commercial music! This explains the longevity in Stevie Wonder's music for instance... the Hip Hop popcorn or microwave music changes every hour! Just 5lan is about to be on top. Nu Look-5lan; Carimi-5lan... thus, they will become victims of their commercialism!
No, Anyone with what it takes can challenge.... but not those out there!"
*RALPH DELLY (Radio Personality/Journalist): "Well, based on the state of the competition right now, I am sure that Richie has more in his bag, however you have to remember whereever there is a DYNASTY, everyone else wants to overtrhow it. I am not a psychic and I don't have a crystal ball in order to see which band will take their spot, however I think that there are enough good bands with good material that aim to be on top. Frankly, I am not sure about the "DYNASTY" term, because most of the parallel bands are booked just like Klass. Mwen panse le fait ke Klass te soti CD li a avant tout lot yo, epil gen bel mizik sou li ki fe tankou lot la di "devant devan net". Min pa bliye ke bèt deye toujou bwe pi bon dlo."
*TJOEL TG (Radio Personality/Promoter): "Bon Pat, apre 16 ans mwen gen nan biznis la pagen anyen ki monte ki pap desan. Pou lot jaz yo travay plis. LOL."
