BOSTON promoter PICARD of CLASSIC 1804 believes that he has made his point this past weekend with KLASS. He disagreed with Richard Urban about no band in the HMI being able to GUARANTEE 500 people at a party, and before the party even took place on Saturday, he told KM that KLASS would easily get those numbers. Now that the party has gone, we contacted PICARD to get the official bal numbers. Below is what he told us.
