1. My first CaRiMi bal in Long Island. I just remember being WOWED! on how they performed Bang, Bang and when they threw the cowboy hats into the crowd to the sound of gunshots I thought that was very creative and cool at the same time. I remember also saying to myself right than and there that this band was the REAL DEAL and that they will be a true force to reckon with.
2. Is when I met Richard at a record store and he found out that I was LadyK and he asked me if I wanted to hear a rough cut of a song he was working on. I remember how excited and jazzed he was about the song and their sophomore cd, the song was "Por Favor" and the rest was history. I knew when I heard the rough cut that it would a hit ESPECIALLY with the ladies.

My favourite moment at Carimi was the first time that they ever played in Montreal..it had to be in 2001.. It was at Delta hotel..
At that time, people barely knew about them..I was like whoa!! There was about 200 people tops..but bel bal!!

my first carimi bal was at sobs and i think that was their first live performance. i didn't even know their name yet and remembered asking ppl who these guys were.they played really well that night ever since then i've been hooked.
HAPPY 6TH ANNIVERSARY GUYS! and i'll be there to celebrate with you on friday

I have so many CaRiMi moments ..
One of my favorite bals is their 4th Anniversary party at Club A and Ti-Joe was a guest.. I had so much fun !!
