The news crossed the wire about 2 minutes ago. Manny has tested positive for performance enhancing drugs and is suspended 50 games, effective immediately.
Not good for the game. Not good at all.

The Times is reporting that Ramirez is expected to say the positive test results were a result of medication received from a doctor for a personal medical issue.
Here we go again.

What is that tells you !!! Mitchell protected the Red Sox because he is part of them... Isn't it ironic that the minute Manny left the Red Sox now he got caught !!!!! I said it before and I will sy it again.. Most of the Red Sox players are steroid users !!!!
