I disagree with you on this. Every band has a style that makes them unique. Nicky's solo is a signature for the band. If is was not added to the song than the argument would be that Harmonik has changed their identity.

Here's My Opinion:
-Lyrical Content: It is relatable. Everyone has been in a situation/relasyon kote yo di finalement "Mwen Bouke"
-Singing: MacD nailed it!! You can feel the emotion in his vocal range. Bagay malheur net.
-Musical Arrangement: No criticism here. If Nicky's solo was not in it people would start a rumor and ask why Nicky isn't part of the project. The formula works so why fix what isn't broken. Sonje 2 yrs ago neg yo te eseye chanje fomula yo bay nou bagay lot nivo ak album "Let's Go" an men tout moun (ki pa konprann muzik) tombe plenyen.
As for the hook...maybe I'm missing something!
"Cheri mwen bouke, mwen bouke sipliye'w, ban m 'yon chans mete lanmou'm an evidans"....wouldn't that constitute as a hook if sung 2x after the solo break? IN MY OPINION...it would be overkill if they did that part 2 more times. Dabo m te pran "Mwen santi mwen bouke...bouke mande'w padon..." kom koral muzik la? Maybe one of the guys who wrote the song Nicky/Sanders could clarify more.

Antouka Harmonik did their thing. So give credit where credit is due. The only thing left is for Harmonik to take full advantage of the "BRI" ki nan lari a pou bel muzik sa.
Congrats to Harmonik and their new administration.....Keep it up!

Wow. This is one of the best videos I've seen in a long time acting wise. Mac D did a great acting job. His facial expression was on point.

This track resembles many of the songs on the last LP. I think Nicki is on to something here. Maybe an harmonik signature sound.

Overall, a track that should be hit.
