We asked veteran Boston promoter YVON of HEAT Entertainment (He is NEUTRAL for both of these parties); how he sees the outcome for both parties on Sunday. This is what he told us below.

YVON: "I see the KLASS party getting the 800 maximum that it needs. They could have had more; but because they are limited to 800, that's what they will get. I see the NU LOOK/DJAKOUT party doing about 900 people, and I will tell you it's because of the location that they have. NU LOOK/DJAKOUT would have done more had they done it at MOSELEYS, which is NOT too far from where the Klass party is being held.

WHY would NU LOOK/DJAKOUT have done more? Because they would have had the people that are not able to get in at the Klass party. Also, most of the Haitian party fan base resides closer to Randolph, which is where the KLASS party will be held. The location for the NU LOOK/DJAKOUT is a bit out of the way...by the airport. Those who do NOT get in at the Klass party, in my opinion, will NOT drive 45 minutes to the other side of town to go get Nu Look/Djakout. The promoters of the NU LOOK/DJAKOUT party will have to BET that the people that live up there in that part of town; STAY UP THERE for the NU LOOK/DJAKOUT. Also, DJAKOUT has been in Boston for the last 3 months. This will be their fourth straight month coming to Boston. I think that's going to work AGAINST the Nu Look/Djakout party. YO VINI BOSTON TWOP.

That's my prediction for BOTH PARTIES on SUNDAY."

Wait fomote sa pa abite Boston, kiyes msye ap vin foul la mezanmi. Most people are gonna go to Nulook/Djakout bal becuz album moman epi Arly pral mete kompa ate pou medam yo. The location? I would say 50/50 if both parites are until 1am. But I'm sure Nulook/Djakout party is gonna be until 2 am which is gonna attract more people since Klass event is until 1am i believe. Sorry and klass has no new materials. they have been in Boston a countless of time. So fomote just don't fool us on here cuz some of us live in Boston too.
