Kanaval has been cancelled for today based on what the prime minister has just stated! An all-white SILENT affair will be organized on Champ de Mars in memory of all the victims
Annulation du 3ème Jour Gras selon @evanspaulpm, il y aura un défilé en blanc à partir de 5h PM au champ de mars en mémoire des victimes |

I can never understand l'haitien but i think in this situation mwen kanpe deye yon decision ki pa the best....but li se yon decision....imagine if they have a special ceremony tonight........get the people together....yon moman solanèl....it would have a better impact. But that one is just.........good i guess
