We're hearing from close sources that HARMONIK is getting set to take legal action against an HMI Miami booking agent who allegedly gave a HARMONIK contract to an upcoming band manager WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT. The heat will apparently be turned up on the booking agent if he does not return money that he allegedly "borrowed" from the upcoming band for a Harmonik gig...which the group and management never were made aware of until recently.
We'll keep you posted on this matter to see how this unfolds.
