What's up KM fam long time no speak.
My reasons,
1) no time
2) it's the same ole same ole..
ex. Band X plays at a venue two weeks prior and they're playing the same line of songs they played the last time I saw them a couple of months ago. It's mundane and there's a lack of creativity on the part of the bands and promoters. Never understood why bands who have been in the business for a while don't have a classics night or something where they play some oldies that are goodies. Think of other themes besides what color clothing to wear for crying out loud!! It's practically the same venues all the time in the HMI towns. Branch out!!!
Additionally, the freaking circus of musicians jumping from band to band is stupid!!! If your officially going to resign then resign. Have a farewell tour or something. Zin is a band that could have benefitted from that.
Anyway that's all I have to say for now. Miss you all and of course just my deux centimes

The main reason I refrain from attending HMI parties is
F) Time, time, and time. Very tight schedule all day every day.
Another one would be E); however, not because partygoers are disrespectful, but the same them faces eveytime they post some pictures from you name it: NY MIA BOS MTL NJ HT, etc. Same faces posting for pictures or finding themselves in front of the bands
 It becomes an epidemic.

A) is just killing the industry.
No creativity in this etchemay, you might as well just listen to a live CD.
Most of the time sound is horrible, most singers sound horrible live, what you get on the CD is ten time better. I don't know when was the last time i went to a bal.
A Club is way better. And don't forget it's cheaper.

Pas assez de band qui joue du Kompa dur,
je suis un nostalgique, du kompa lourd,
-la nouvelle génération parle beaucoup mais ne délivre pas la marchandise,
et en plus le temps me manque

My reason is very simple.
I am a little bit older and no longer into chasing girls, so the only thing i go for is the music and the bands are not delivering. Once I attend one show, the next show i attend feels like a repetition of the first one.
