The kanaval battle between T-VICE and DJAKOUT #1 will be fierce once again this year in GONAIVES, especially given the turn that it has taken. Below, we are giving you 3 REASONS why we feel that T-VICE and/or DJAKOUT will come out the winner when the dust settles after the first week of MARCH. NOU GADE TOU LES 2 KOTE YO......It is just an analysis, therefore you can agree or disagree.

3 REASONS WHY T-VICE or DJAKOUT WILL BE THE WINNER IN GONAIVES

*T-VICE (Reason 1)PROVING THE DOUBTERS ABOUT THE "MET BETON" TITLE: T-VICE have revenge on their minds from last year due to some people who might have "doubts" that they have the "MET BETON" title as an automatic lock, like they use to have for so many years. Djakout has stepped up their kanaval challenge the last two years, so T-VICE wants to shut the doubters down with a strong showing this year.
*DJAKOUT (Reason 1) LAST YEAR WAS NO FLUKE THEORY: DJAKOUT wants to prove to people that last year was no fluke when they were crowned kanaval champions by many and Officially with that check that was handed to them. They have more motivation to do it again.

T-VICE (Reason 2): THE SYMPATHY CARD....from people who might think that the subject of "MANYIN MADAN BERTO" might be a bit too far/personal.....even though T-Vice did go after Ti Regi with his divorce. Many Haitians have a heart and might pull for Roberto on this one because of the sensitivity of the issue.
DJAKOUT (Reason 2): THE PROVINCES MYTH OR REALITY: The kanaval is being held in GONAIVES and the assumption is DJAKOUT might be the favorites of the local people because YO SE JAZ LOKAL LA KI BAZE EN HAITI, compared to T-VICE who is based in the U.S in Miami. Djakout might play more in a year in Gonaives compared to T-Vice, so the fans over there might feel more at ease or more connection with the Djakout guys.

T-VICE (Reason 3): THIS ONE IS PERSONAL: Roberto has that EXTRA MOTIVATION on this one because to him...THIS ONE IS PERSONAL. It's about FAMILY PRIDE, defending his honor as a man, and when T-VICE NAN LA GUERRE.....You best believe that it won't be an easy battle for the opponent. Ask the different bands that have been involved in some sort of scrape with these guys.
DJAKOUT (Reason 3): DEFENDING TI REGI'S HONOR: TI REGI is a very popular member in the group among the other members. You best believe that they were not happy when his marriage was put in the spotlight by the VICE crew in a past kanaval, so when they get this opportunity where the situation is reversed, the motivation is extremely high that they want to get revenge for their bandmate. They WON'T take any pity for Roberto on this one.

The BOTTOM LINE just might be THE NEUTRALS...Fans of OTHER BANDS and WHO they will decide to back up in this polemic battle this year. SE FANATIK LOT JAZ YO ki PRAL DECIDE BATAY SA because the TVICE fans will make noise for their group, and the Djakout fans will do the same for their group.....KIYES KAP CHAMPYON?
