Carnival is supposed to be fun, entertaining, colorful, and representing the culture. I personally can't stand the level these guys took the whole carnival idea this year. I hope for once the winner of the carnival will not based on joure, or how many people run behind a cha, but one that's represent the country, fun, and entertaining. The committee has to be the one putting a stop into these childress behaviors...
