People are talking about the reaction of some of the band member/s but they failed to mentioned that what Steeve have done is unprofessional.
In an organization, when one is unprofessional, the organization is within it's rights to reprimand that person, but it should be done professionally.
Having said that, in Djakout #1 situation, two wrongs cannot make it right.
An organization should conduct business as an organization.

#1, does Steeve feels like an outsider? if so, this issue could be resolved by having a mandatory band meeting Monthly so everyone can discuss ideas and issues. teamwork/ teamwork...

#2, Why is he the one asking for a raise? Since they have a management team, each gigger should be re-evaluated/ review & renew contract every year and be given a raise according to the work they put in. In Steeve case, he should of been re-evaluated already and this whole saga could of been avoided.

#3, The management team are he only ones that should be given an interview if needed, in Djakout #1 Case, the other musicians should not be given an interview to the press, they should let the managers/ PR handle it..


#4, Djakourt# 1 management team and Steeve K. should try to work out this issue privately, and negotiate with Steeve. I would not be wise for Steeve and Djakout#1 to part ways.

#5, the key to resolve any issue is COMMUNICATION, COMMUNICATION. You guys in Djakout#1 are a team/ and brothers, each an everyone is as important as the next, you guys need to communicate and the management team needs to make sure that everyone is satisfy and happy within the band..

PLEASE WORK IT OUT, AND TAKE CARE OF STEEVE, HE FITS DJAKOUT #1 PERFECTLY.....ONE LOVE!!!!!

It's probably too late to come to a positive resolution. As many have been telling both camps to keep it private, they did not listen. And Pouchon made the issue worse by talking about "grosse tête". I feel both camps will be uncomfortable next to each other as much as the manager try to stop the damage in progress.

Very good answers from the manager though, besides there is no way to prove that Steeve Khe is guilty or not.

Bravo Patrick for asking all the right questions and also Bravo Ti Marco for being very intelligent at answering them. That's what a good Manager does when you have a crisis going on, you try to protect both the business and your employee..From what I can hear He said all the right things when talking about Steve for example by saying that he's a professional and that Steve might of been talking to someone about the letter and the person made it public and last he said that the fans will still love Steve if in fact he returns to the band...He even said that the guys in the group yo men'm tou ka konpran'n si son mistake ki fèt epi lè misye tounen LIFE GOES ON EPI KOMPA PI RED.

The only thing that I didn't quite understand is that if they didn't have proof that it's Steve who actually put the word out there in the streets then why is he being sanctioned?

But over all great job Ti Marco...If you guys are really true businessmen I'm sure that you guys can resolve this issue..
